Quartzite as floor
Quartz floor tiles come in natural colors such as gray, gray-green or taupe,
but also in warm sand tones such as ocher or beige to white.
Just like slate, quartzite is also a layered material.
The floor tiles are therefore usually sold with a fractured surface.
The floor tiles are almost indestructible and are ideal for wet rooms because of their high anti-slip value and wear-resistant character. Scratches hardly get a chance and the quartzite floor tiles are not stain-sensitive.
Due to the rough nature of the stone, maintenance does require a good scrubberto loosen the dirt.

Quartzite as terrace
The stone is layered. In the quarry, rock stone is split off the rock.
This creates a natural splitting surface, which varies per quartz species from very rough to fairly smooth.
Quartzites are used for all kinds of applications such as floors, terraces, stairs and wall coverings.
