Two granite terraces were installed at this property, featuring black tiles with fine white veining.
The granite has a brushed finish, as an outdoor terrace surface should not be mirror-smooth.

The rear terrace uses 60 x 60 cm tiles that are 2 cm thick.

The terrace at the front entrance uses the same type of tiles, but in a 15 x 15 cm format, also 2 cm thick.

For this property, granite capstones have been installed on the terrace walls.
These polished capstones feature a light grey-blue colour.
They measure 80 x 40 cm and are 2 cm thick.
In addition, they have rounded edges and a drip edge.
