A terrace featuring blue limestone tiles is scheduled to be installed at this property in the spring of 2027.
The limestone has an antique finish, as an outdoor terrace surface should not be perfectly smooth.
The tiles measure 60 x 60 cm and are 2 cm thick.
Once the project is complete (spring 2027), photos of the terrace and the coping stones will follow.

The walls surrounding the terrace are being fitted with capstones.
Like the terrace paving, these blue limestone coping stones feature an antique finish.
They measure 90 x 45 cm (L x W) and are 4 cm thick.
Despite this thickness, they feature a perfectly rounded edge, including on the inner and outer corners.
In addition, a drip edge has been incorporated.
